Shippensburg Band has been entertaining music lovers of all ages in and beyond South Central Pennsylvania since 1922. Band Members are highly talented and dedicated musicians who practice weekly, in preparation for our several public performances each year.
Shippensburg Band is actually three local Bands:
Town Band, German Band and Swing Band.
Our performances are free to the public thanks to our volunteer musicians, announcers and Friends of Shippensburg Band like you who make tax-deductible [501(c)(3)] contributions, to help defray practice and performance costs, and for our youth musicians scholarships.
All Friends of Shippensburg Band are listed on our Concert Programs and on this website except for those requesting to remain anonymous.
Join Friends of Shippensburg Band by sending us a check or money order made payable to Shippensburg Band at: Shippensburg Band, PO Box 222, Shippensburg, PA 17257. (Please include your full name and mailing address, to receive proof of tax-deductible contribution.)
Bequests (Wills & Trusts) are also accepted.
Friends of Shippensburg Band include individuals, businesses and organizations that have contributed to the Shippensburg Band, as follows:

- BRONZE ($1 to $499)
- SILVER ($500 to $999)
- GOLD ($1,000 to $4,999)
- PLATINUM ($5,000 or more)

- ADVERTISERS*

*Your business or organization may join Friends of Shippensburg Band by:
1) Becoming a Sponsor, and(or)
2) Advertising on our website, and(or)
3) Advertising in one or more of our Concert Programs.
