Shippensburg Band has been entertaining music lovers of all ages in and beyond South Central Pennsylvania since 1922. Band Members are highly talented and dedicated musicians who practice weekly, in preparation for several public performances each year.
Shippensburg Band is actually three local Bands:
Town Band, Swing Band and German Band.
Our performances are free to the public thanks to our volunteer musicians, announcers and Friends of Shippensburg Band like you who make tax-deductible [501(c)(3)] contributions, to help defray practice and performance costs, and for our Youth Musicians Scholarships. We also sponsor the Franklin County Senior Citizens Concert Series funded by the Franklin County Foundation and Foundation for Enhancing Communities.

Bequests are also accepted.
Friends of Shippensburg Band include individuals, businesses and organizations that have contributed to the Shippensburg Band, as follows:
